What we do
Zesty Lemon Cafe is a cafe that offers small and bite sized fresh organic meals and bite size morsels. Coffee is from an independent roaster. We are aiming to be different, fresh and exciting - riding the wave that's about to hit for small and nutritious meals. Menu has been selected from different countries eg Asian, Spanish, Mexican.

The target audience
Target audience is 35-60. Demographic area targets 1/3 locals, 1/3 interstate tourists and 1/3 international tourists. Well educated on health, wanting to take care of themselves and also their children through diet. Early adopters who want to try something different. Couples and families, although I think primarily singles and couples. Possibility of genY's buying the salads for lunch when they get their morning coffee. An interest in eating out, the cafe culture, free wi-fi, likely to support environmental issues, shop at farmers markets, speak up for themselves.

[Login to view URL] - quite like the circular nature, but open to other ideas - NOT just words in a font please - needs some sort of graphic.
Fresh citrus colours - lime green, yellow, oranges and pinks. The use of a lemon/cut lemon/lemon spraying out but can be a bit abstract. I plan on having more than one cafe, so need something immediately identifiable (iconic) as "Zesty Lemon Cafe". I quite like birds and have attached an idea, although it could look more like a lemon if that works.
