What we do
Our mission: We dedicate ourselves to advancing the quality of life of individuals and families affected by hemophilia and other bleeding disorders by providing a broad range of services and programs.
Our services and programs consist of: hemophilia summer camp for kids, family fitness events, educational seminars and conferences, advocacy, a gala fundraiser, a walk fundraiser, weekend family retreats, college scholarships, and crisis financial assistance.
We work closely with hemophilia treatment centers (doctors, nurses, physical therapists, social workers, etc.) from Fairview, Mayo, Children's Hospital and Clinics, and Sanford Health in Fargo. Our members typically learn about us through these health venues. Most of our members consist of children and their families, however we work hard to keep our community involved in our programs through adulthood.

Things to communicate through the design
1. Our cause, which is serving the bleeding disorders community.
2. Our name: The Hemophilia Foundation of Minnesota/Dakotas.
3. We have strong cretiability, we have been serving the bleeding disorders community since 1965.
The target audience
Children, their parents, and adults affected by hemophilia and other bleeding disorders in Minnesota, North and South Dakota. All ages, both sexes, all incomes, all occupations, all educational levels, all lifestyles, interests, behaviors, and opinions.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We like our Walk logo, which came from a designer through logomyway, but it's too "cute" to be an organizational logo (see attached).
We would like our name to be the focus point of the logo. Initially, we picture our name around a blood related image.
We do not like the attached NHF logo (National Hemophilia Foundation). I will also attach our current logo as an example of something we do not like.
