The target audience
Audience is typically first and second time home buyers. Ages 20-50. Target market is our city's most affluent communities, college educated, predominately white collar neighborhoods. We want to create the feeling of a large trendy company behind the scenes, yet provide personalized service for each client.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Given our target audience is likely first and second time affluent home buyers we are thinking a design that is both modern/trendy and trustworthy would be ideal. This logo is likely to be integrated into our current marketing material which is predominately a slate grey background. Therefore color options we are thinking white, navy, dark aqua tone, or black. We are not fully bound to those color ideas however. Just some ideas we have tossed around.
