What we do
Concierge Mac, iPad & iPhone support to elite clientele (actors, athletes, musicians, luminaries) who expect discretion, expertise, precision and flexibility. We handle basic tech support questions (why can't I print?) to more esoteric missions (set my ski house in Aspen up with a bunch of iMacs, iPads and wifi), to organizational (help me tame my address book, my photos are disorganized, what do I do?). We also like to think of ourselves as a company that "saves the day" by retrieving lost vacation photos and getting back that script that you accidentally erased. We handle hardware purchases, software installations, etc. We're professionals, but not nerds. There isn't an Apple issue that we can't resolve.

The target audience
Our target audience are wealthy, high profile individuals who use Apple products regularly in their lives. They live a busy lifestyle and require their concierge support when & where they need it, be it on set in the desert in the middle of the night, or on their private jet to Maui. They also need help purchasing products, etc.
Our clients are looking for a company that is COOL - we are not the Geek Squad and we're not the average boring tech consultancy. Our clients like hanging out with us because we're fun, and trust that we know everything there is to know about Apple products and will always offer them the best solutions in the most efficient way.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We're not looking for a design with a cheesy Apple in it, or a "black tie" type of design. We like a clean look that aligns well with our website (www.GoTechHaven.com) although it need not adhere to that color palate.
