We like these fonts, colors and style
Brown rope font, red (color of a crab), and fun, but not childish. We really like the brown rope font, but we're open to anything that will work in place of it. Attached is a temporary logo that was quickly put together using a clip art crab. We want something a little more professional and a crab that's more symbolic / logo like, rather than cartoonish.
Our design will be used on
(Web) (Print Media) (Billboards & Signs)
Additional Info Added Mar 18, 2013
Just to note, we're more likely to choose a design with a rope font. "The Cajun Cua" should be as prominent as possible. We want people to be able to read the words easily on our billboard as they drive by, and know that we're selling seafood.
It's harder to see the words or crab in a split second when they're fused together. So separated crab and words *may* be better. Sometimes we may print "The Cajun Cua" without the crab, and the crab may be printed alone as well (on t-shirts, hats, etc..). We are happy with our temp logo (in other words, please keep it simple, we don't need anything fancy). We need a crab symbol that everyone will recognize as our brand when they see it.
Capital "T', capital "C", capital "C", "The Cajun Cua". Also, we serve blue swimmer crabs, an outline of blue swimmer crabs would be ok as well (we are not limited to crab with big claws).
