What we do
We help people and business file claims with the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Claim Fund stemming from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill in April of 2010.

The target audience
We are targeting individuals and businesses that worked or operated in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana or the west coast of Florida all the way down to Key West on April 20, 2010- the day the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil rig exploded. If they are from these areas and saw less income or revenue compared to previous years they may have a very valuable claim.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I have seen designs with oil rigs gushing oil. I also would like to capture the geographic limits of the claim area. It also would not hurt to incorporate imagery of BP's branding without infringing on their trademarks.
I am also interested to see if someone can incorporate the above and come up with imagery that would cut against some of the publics misconceptions such as that "you have to be associated with seafood or tourism to file a claim" or that "only businesses can file a claim" or that "you have to be directly on the coast." These thoughts are, in fact, untrue. Farmers, doctors, waitresses, bartenders, Realtors, Construction workers, mechanics...all have potential claims.
