The target audience
Targeting 45-65+, upper income men & women (the kind of people who follow the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, read Fortune, Forbes & Architectural Digest, people who have earned a lot over the years and want to keep what they've earned).
We like these fonts, colors and style
The suggested font is Georgia, with Wealth in darker charcoal gray and South in a crisp golden yellow. Maybe Wealth in regular font and South in italics.
Client likes the idea of using a classic Southern-style door with a large fan light as their logo/icon, but they are open to other ideas.
Try to keep logo two color - that could translate to one color (with shading), if the logo has to be photocopied (it will still be legible)
