The target audience
Generally conservative and wealthy clients. Homeowners age 40 and up. Most like craftsman or spanish architecture.
Business owners with empty commercial real estate.
Developer and real estate agents/brokers that flip properties.
General Contractors (usually men age 40 and up) that need blueprints or permitting.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The apple logo is nice.
I don't want it to be overly complicated, it has to be elegant, simple and somewhat conservative. The logo I have been using looks like clip art.
Not colorful, this logo will be used on blueprints so one color is fine, it will generally be printed black and white (or greyscale).
