What we do
We provide a hybrid training system of Olympic lifting and Cross-fit affiliate. We offer personal training, group training, and general gym access. We have free seminars on health every weekend, team challenges etc. We design fitness programs based on individual client needs and limitations. We offer full and complete health and fitness assessments to determine a starting point and to help facilitate goal setting and personal progress planning.
Our training environment and atmosphere are not what you would find in traditional gyms. Education, progress and community truly come first at Hybrid Fitness Centre (HFC), and we live up to that standard every day. We focus on what is optimal, challenging, and effective—not what is convenient, easy, and ‘comfortable’—and we focus on total health and wellness, not just exercise. Our facilities are built to bring people up to the highest standard—a standard that will achieve results! What this means is that you are NOT entering into a 'figure it out yourself' atmosphere when you come into our gym like you would be at typical big box gym. You are entering a caring community of supportive staff and peers. At HFC, education is the foundation for all training as it is through continual learning that there is the greatest potential for growth. We have trainers, coaches and educators available at all times to support our members throughout their training plans. We will give you the tools you require to transform your health through hands on education and provide you with a supportive, positive, community atmosphere that you will thrive in EVERY DAY.

The target audience
Our target Audience is everyone, we have a custom approach to fitness and have entire competitive crossfit teams along with regular average people who just want to get healthy and we also have weight loss programs, challenges really we need to appeal to the masses but we want to come across stronger and more minimalistic that big box gyms.

Keep the colors make the logo tougher. Fonts like hard clean strong lines ie Impact stuff like that. We like the Crossfit logo and other strong but simple designs that really sell the idea of our approach to fitness. We have no machines in our gym its all push pull or carry. Make the logo strong!
