The target audience
The primary audience will be men between the age of 18-45 with an interest in unique and cool gear.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The logo must be no larger than 175(width)x115 (maximum 130). The logo must include a background image. Preferably, a background with a slight texture and retro appearance. The best example would be the logo at

[Login to view URL] Although that type of logo would not work, it will give you an idea of the slightly retro type style.
You may add a 4-5 word slogan or tag line if you feel there is room.
