Most of our properties are located in Philadelphia within close proximity to Temple University, so our primary clients are students.

The target audience
We want to attract our main audience which is composed of Temple University Students but we also want to be part of the community of North Philadelphia, a very urban area.
Our homes are affordable but loaded with amenities.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We need a logo for our website and other print media like stationary and postcards.
We like the logos that have some sort of "movement"
