What we do
Icompile Searches are a property search provider who work within England and Wales. We work on a Business to Business basis with Solicitors and Conveyancers (Property Lawyers)
We provide documentation for home buyers and sellers via their property lawyer. This information includes:
Local authority searches (Information about the house, the land surrounding the house, highways information - maybe if its a private road)
Drainage and water searches (Information on the drains, if the property is connected to the sewers etc)
Environmental Searches (Information on the land, if its contaminated, if their is any flood risk)
Coal searches (Checks the proximity of the property to any coal mines or shafts)
Identity Checks (Verifies the identity of the person buying or selling the property)

The target audience
Our target audience are solicitors. They will be of above average intelligence and looking to work with companies who provide a strong work ethos. This must be portrayed in our logo so we are looking to steer away from any "Cartoony" design styles
We like these fonts, colors and style
Our corporate colours are currently a variation of blues and black. We are happy to be guided by the winning candidate in terms of design and colour, but as previously mentioned this logo must have a strong business ethic behind it.

Even though we are not looking for cartoony, we are still happy for the logo to include some type of imagery if you think it may work with your design
