Someone that is looking to build their dream home. They are most likely 50+ years old, leaders in the community and educated.

We like these fonts, colors and style

I believe that I want "Callaway" in cursive but could be swayed. I am not sure what color the font should be but I do believe it will be placed on a darker background, either brown or black. This logo will be mainly used for signage that will be placed in the front of the house while it is being built.
