What we do
The Design Cartel is a collaborative forum for the exchange of ideas, trade resources, design trends and events. A nurturing, mentoring environment for design professionals.
We are designers, decorators, artists, professional organizers, seamstresses, ikebana artists, painters, photographers, contractors, students...
with the Vision that to collaborate is to achieve the best vision in Design.
We want to redesign the design world. How? Give back. pro bono. 2013 is earmarked Sandy Survivors. Let's redesign design - it is no longer a luxury commodity. Let's give back by giving back...one beautiful space at a time.
We'll pool our individual talent into a collaborative cartel and work design projects for a wildly discounted fees in order to do the right thing at the right moment. Our goal: introduce the beauty of design into middle and lower class homes. Why? Everyone deserves beauty. Everyone is beautiful.
