What we do
This will be an educational 1-2 day workshop that will include interactive exercises, discussions, and reflections. The overall intent of this training is to engage, inspire, and develop leaders by understanding the various roles they play when interacting with others. Through this program participants will discover ways to be more effective in the coach role and how to gain commitment from the people they are coaching while improving their personal character.
