What we do
We handles Architectural Design & Construction. Synergy in essence is a systematic team approach towards construction. We are innovative, hands on and very client driven. We introduce and try to implement green sustainable building solutions to all our projects. Most of our projects are custom homes and renovations (all styles) but lately we seem to be doing more contemporary & modern style homes.
We also dabble a little in commercial (restaurant, office & tenant build outs.

The target audience
85% of my desired audience is a client who wants us to design & build a new house or renovate their existing home. This client will spend between $100,000 - $2 Million with my company.
15% of my clients would be looking for a company who can do a build out for their commercial property, office build out, restaurant, wine bar, coffee shop. This client will spend between $50,000 & $$400,000.
We like these fonts, colors and style
TYPE BASED with minimal design. I have always been a fan of the "less is more" concept. I would like my logo to be clean & simple. Black, White, Grey shades with a small hint of color perhaps a catchy green color to hint at the green building practices.
Fonts: I like most modern but not web-tech-like. A touch of elegance would be cool too. The font should not be an old school or dated font.
The slogan could have "design-build" but I didn't put it because I'm undecided because there is already a lot of text going on w/ SYNERGY custom builders. If you do decide to use the slogan maybe it could be smaller, in grey and in the background.
