What we do
OSixty is a vintage "boutique" student apartment concept. We have 2 properties next door to each other one will be "OSixty Lofts" and the Other will be "OSixty Court" Looking for same logo for both properties, just one saying "Lofts" under it and one saying "Court" under it.
Looking for an upbeat high energy distinct design.

The target audience
Students (18-15 years old) attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. Students that are looking for a new "hip" place to live while attending school, that do not want to live in the massive class A deals that pile hundereds of kids in. Almost the "Melrose Place" feel.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Primary use for this logo will be the Signs for the properties. As well as web, print collateral, etc...
