The Edge Personal Training studio is an organization that provides "body-transformation" services in Houston, Texas. Benefits to the customer will include weight loss, muscle toning, flexibility, balance and athletic performance. The Edge will offer one-on-one personal fitness training, small group training, one-on-one martial arts/self-defense/bully prevention training as well as on outdoor fitness bootcamp.
