The target audience are people in their early to late 40's. Men and women. I am in a college town "Ole Miss" and many of my clients look for condos and some look for homes.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Optional but may be cool: Create one artistic letter - a non-standard font. Be creative. Draw attention, capture one’s eye with a unique letter, create a new letter for one letter
Use a sophisticated, clean, orderly, business-like appearance.
You can use images if need be. Just keep it simple.
I like blues and greens, etc, but anything is game. Just make sure it's modern and sleek.
The logo should communicate: knowledge, confidence, trustworthiness, business like, and Professionalism.
