You must agree to these simple terms:

- You can not use a false name, email address or physical address.
- Your payment method must be valid and yours.
- You can not manipulate our fee structure and the billing process.
- You can only ask for ONE logo design per contest.
- The money back guarantee is offered if you do not get at least 40 designs after a seven day extension of the original contest ending date is complete.
- There are no refunds. This is a contest and a winner must be chosen with your prize money.
- You must select a winner within 14 days of the contest ending.
- You can not enter your own contest. Winning designers must have multiple entries and participating in other contests to win.
- You can not run contests that have adult content or controversial content
- You can not hold Logomyway employees or agents responsible for other users actions or inactions, including their posts.
- You can not change the scope of the project after you selected the winning design.
- You can not violate any laws, third party rights, or our rights.
- You can not transfer your account and User ID to another party without our consent.
- You can not distribute or post spam on Logomyway.
- Your behavior can not be threatening or abusive. Logomyway takes pride in a friendly professional community.
- Clients and designers are responsible for legal issues related to the work product or process and any designs on Logomyway.
