My position is responsible for production of high-quality proposal graphics and presentations for teams throughout company. Serves as production designer on highly complex proposals and lead production designer on medium complexity projects. Ensures final product is delivered on time and within budget. Applies Visual Communication Services (VCS) global best practices for guiding a customer through the creative process and ensuring RFP and brand compliance on proposal design products. Comprehensive understanding of SOW to discuss detailed requirements with clients at initial project meeting. Offers solutions to assist clients with visualization and producesgraphics to meet or exceed clientâs expectation. Understands and is proficient with a range of design software. Develops and produces document templates for oral presentations and proposal documents. Designs graphic representation of concepts and themes to use as a consistent metaphor throughout each proposal. Works with proposal authors and subject matter experts to identify key messages and compliance requirements for proposal graphics. Establishes visual hierarchy of information in each graphic to ensure that the reader and reviewer could understand the underlying strategy, evidence, and conclusions. Where appropriate, coordinates with internal and external vendors for production of graphic materials and prepares camera-ready files for printing. 4 - 6 Years with BA
