What we do
We provide traditional banking products and services in a rural midwestern community. Think of us as a bank in "Smalltown, USA", with people you can trust and conveniences you'll love. We are locally-owned and community-minded.
Industry: Financial & Insurance

Things to communicate through the design
1. Sense of history & tradition with forward-thinking leadership & modern conveniences
2. Integrity & longevity - we've been around for 100 years and plan to be here for another 100!
3. We are trustworthy, practical, secure, honest, ethical, and reliable.

The target audience
Our customers and potential customers range from kids to the elderly. We serve students, families, senior citizens, farmers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and local businesses. We're based in southwest Minnesota, so our farmers raise corn, soybeans, and livestock (cattle, hogs).

We like these fonts, colors and style
Please use maroon / burgundy as the primary color. We like clean / neat / simple designs. We're open to designs with graphics or symbols, or designs that use the letters: FSB or FSBT. A multi-colored design may be used on our website; most other materials will likely have 1 color (if printed in color, will be maroon / burgundy; if printed in black & white, obviously would be black). We would like to see some designs relating to agriculture and some focused more on banking / community.
IF you would like to see what we're currently using as our logo, visit our website: [Login to view URL] however, don't let our current logo guide your creativty.
No wheat graphics or Web 2.0 designs, please.

Our design will be used on
(Web)  (Print Media)  (Billboards & Signs)  (Mugs & Tshirts)

Additional Info Added Jan 30, 2012
We've decided we like FSB better than FSBT. Please only use the letters FSB. Thanks!

If you're going to use the year we began, please use 1913. While we were officially incorporated in December, 1912, we opened our doors in 1913.
