What We Do
FNA Insurance Services, Inc. - We are a wholesale general insurance agency offering health and other ancillary insurance products and employee benefits to licensed brokers to sell to their business clients. We only work directly with brokers - not consumers. We, as the general agent, contract with the insurance company (carrier), the broker sells the insurance and we process the business and submit it to the insurance company (carrier) and gets paid a commission.

We are launching a new website launch with the plans for a total rebranding in the first quarter of 2020.
What we want is a new, updated look and feel and we want to start with the logo rebrand.

We were a family owned and built company and have been in business since 1972. In 2014, we were acquired by HUB International, a large insurance brokerage. FNA is the wholesale arm of HUB and we service Business to Business, working directly with insurance carriers and the insurance broker so that they can market health insurance benefits to the consumer. HUB recently had a total rebrand, as did our wholesale counterpart PBC.

Our logo has not changed in over 20 years and we are looking for a fresh, new look that will engage a younger audience and convey a new direction and a new energy.

Our full name is FNA Insurance Services, Inc. and our current logo has the name under the FNA image as part of the logo. In the Tri State area (NY, NJ and CT) we are known as simply FNA. We want to consider moving away from using the full name under the logo like we do now. If you will see, HUB International has only HUB in their logo. In addition we are also not locked into color.
Please feel free to ask questions.
Industry: Financial & Insurance

Things to Communicate Through Our Design
1. expertise
2. modern
3. steadfast

Target Audience
Our audience is mostly licensed life and health agents and brokers that sell employee benefits to their group business clients. Most are between the ages of 25 and 44 and as younger brokers enter into the industry we are looking to position ourselves as a broker that a younger broker will use. Increase in Millennial & younger half of Generation X usage on our website and a decrease in the older half of Generation X and Baby Boomers.

59% are men

"Background"- Health Insurance Broker/Sales • Married with 2 children (7 and 5) • Inherited his father’s business

"Demographic "- Skews Male • 35-44 • Suburban New York • *National income average - $62,500

"Identifiers" - Enjoy clear & concise information • Mixture of mobile, tablet & desktop communications • Enjoy comparisons & reviews/testimonials

"Goals" - Continue to grow the business

"Challenges" - Don’t have the man-power to service all of their clients, need guidance and support.

'What FNA can do" - Give them access to our benefits, HR products/services they might not be able to get with another GA

'Common Objections' - I’ve worked with the same GA for a long time and we have a great relationship.

'Marketing Message' - Our expert A-Team can assist you in any form of employee benefits you deal with while our support staff acts as your broker back office.

We Like These Designs (fonts, colors, style)
Although we like our existing logo look and feel, along with existing color which has been our brand for over 20 years, management feels that we need a change/refresh. Since we are more frequently known as FNA, and not FNA Insurance Services, Inc. in the industry, simply using FNA as our logo is fine.

Although I am attaching our logo, as I said, we want to move away from it. This is for example of what we have now ONLY. We want something totally new to convey who we are now - a general agency looking toward the future to help our broker partners grow their business.

Our Design Will Be Used On
Web,  Print Media,  Billboards & Signs,  Mugs & Tshirts
