Clients and designers must agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

You can not use a false name, email address or physical address.
Your payment method must be valid and yours.
You can not manipulate our fee structure and the billing process.
The money back guarantee is offered if you do not get at least 40 designs after a seven day extension of the original ending time of your contest/freelance project.
There are no refunds. This is a contest and a winner/logo must be chosen with your prize money.
Logomyway is not an escrow service and does not hold property or money on behalf of any person.
You are purchasing a logo design which will be provided to you by logomyway. You must select a winner within 14 days of the contest ending.
Your behavior can not be threatening or abusive. Logomyway takes pride in a friendly professional community
You can not enter your own contest. This includes Friends, Colleagues and Family
Winning designers must have multiple entries to collect a prize.
and participating in other contests to win.
You can not run contests that have adult content or controversial content
You can not hold Logomyway employees or agents responsible for other users actions or inactions, including their posts.
You can not change the scope of the project after you selected the winning design.
You can not violate any laws, third party rights, or our rights.
You can not transfer your account and User ID to another party without our consent.
We have the right to delete or block any account on Logomyway for any reason without notice.
You can not advertise a competing site or service in any form.
All users of the Services must be 18 years of age or older.
You can not copy, modify, or distribute content from the Site and/or our copyrights and trademarks.
You can not distribute or post spam on Logomyway.

THE ROLE OF LOGOMYWAY
Logomyway provides clients design work through our design community. logomyway will verify and send all clients the final EPS file to ensure the file is properly formatted. Any disputes should be handled between Logomyway and the client.
