maybe need some update:
1. when contest judging, LMW send email notification..
2. when contest ended ( winner selected ), LMW also send email notification..

We try to limit the number of emails because of spam filters. the more mail we send the more chances we have of getting blocked. We make sure the really important emails get out first.

IMHO,
I think you send mail for 10 logo contests in one mail. instead of sending 10 mails..... :) |

| ya jelas ga bisa, judging kan berarti kontes udah ditutup, ga nerima entry lagi. kecuali kalau CH memberikan perpanjang waktu, tapi status otomatis jadi accepting entry, bukan judging |

i already told this to you Joe by e-mail but i'll say it here also.
we could have the chance to filter what we want to receive in the notifications.
for instance, i don't need the new contests because i check them in a regular basis. that way we could make sure that only what matters for us was in the e-mail. (i only saw your e-mail today and only the second one) |

| Hi guys, why don't you just try the "filter" in your e-mail. for example: I filter all the notification about new contest to a folder "contest notification", winning notification, etc to each place where it should be. it prevent email from flooded and cluttered. |
