How do logo contests work.
How will I receive the final logo?
Your final file package will include an EPS vector file (industry standard), JPEG, PNG and any other format you request. Additional formats can be requested directly from the winning Designer via PM or email. Your new logo can be used on Websites, T-Shirts, Mugs, Pens, Business Cards Etc. You can also ask for several different variations of your logo.
We will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new logo and have all the revisions you need.

Will I own the legal rights to my new logo?
Yes, You will receive a free legal contract transferring the logo from the designer to you.
Your logo design is 100% yours to keep, sell or alter and will never be resold.
What if my contest ends and I don't see a winner?
Please don't worry! We are dedicated to making sure every client finds a logo they absolutely LOVE.
We will open your contest back up for submission and variations until you see a winner.
How do I post a project?
To post a project, simply click on the "Start A Contest" link at the top of this page. We will ask you information about your company and some general information about the type of logo you are looking for. Start Your Contest Here
Can I cancel a project after it has been posted?
Once a project has been posted, it cant be Canceled or stopped before the end date. It’s important that our designers have confidence in knowing that they are getting paid for their hard work and effort.
How do I buy logos already made?
You can browse our custom Logo Marketplace and choose from hundreds of unique pre made logos that have set prices on them. Every logo design is rigorously approved for uniqueness, high quality, professionalism, and customizable before it's available for sale. We guarantee it or your MONEY BACK!
How are Designers paid for their work?
we offer payment to designers through Paypal. In the near future, we will be adding some other ways for designers to be paid: Designers will be asked for their Paypal account info when they join. When the project is complete and the files have been approved the payment will be released in 24 to 48 hours.
LogoMyWay is not an escrow service and does not hold property on behalf of any person.
How does the guarantee work?
If you don’t receive at least 40 entries. We will extend your contest for another 7 days. If you still do not get 40 entries after the extension you will get a full refund - no questions asked. Once you select a winner we GUARANTEE unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with your new logo.
How do I submit a design to a contest?
To submit your design, simply search the projects, find one that you would like to enter and click the green "Enter This Contest" button towards the top of the page. If you don’t have an account yet, you'll be asked to create one and then you can upload your design. Once your design has been uploaded check back often to see comments from the client and revise your entry if necessary.
What does it cost to be a Designer?
Designers can enter contest absolutely FREE. A 10% fee will be deducted from the prize money to help cover administration fees, advertising and overall maintenance of the site.
What is the "Logo Dispute Center"?
What is a logo dispute? On occasion a designer will copy another designer's logo. When this happens a "logo dispute" is launched and the design community will vote as a group if they believe the logo was copied. If the designer looses the dispute the logo will instantly be replaced with an image that says "This design lost a logo dispute and was withdrawn from this contest". The logo dispute center protect both clients and designers and makes LogoMyWay a better place.
To submit a "Logo Dispute" contact The Admin. Any disputes will be found on the corresponding contest page. You can vote by clicking the RED BUTTON "Logo Dispute".
What if I do not see any designs that I like?
Please keep in mind that a lot of the top designers wait to submit entries near the end of the contest.
They like to see your rankings and feedback before they enter. If you do not see any logo designs that you like after your contest has ended we will extend your contest for 7 days.

How do I rank the designs?
Rank designs by clicking the drop down below each design. We recommend ranking designs everyday that your contest is being held. You can rank designs 1 through 10 and stamp logos with "Elements we like" or "Eliminated", this will help the designers know your preferences.
How long do I have to select a winner after my contest has end
You have 14 days after your contest has ended to select a winner. If you do not select a winner the design community will vote on your contest and a winner will be selected automatically. If you need more time to select a winner please Contact Us
What if I want to purchase 2nd and 3rd place designs?
If you would like to purchase other designs this can be done after you have selected a winner and the contest is over.
You can send any designer a message and ask them how much they would charge for their design.
Purchasing other designs that are not in 1st place will have to be the responsibility of the designer and client. If you need help or have questions please Contact Us
How will I receive my new logo design?
After your contest ends you have 14 days to select a winner. Once you select a winner the designer will be notified to upload the winning the files. You can download the files under "My Ended Contests". The LogoMyWay staff will also check the wining files and deliver them to your email address. When you receive the files and are satisfied simply hit "approved" and the designer will be scheduled for payment. If you do not select a winner the design community will vote on your contest and a winner will be selected automatically. If you need more time to select a winner please Contact Us
Can I ask for variations of my logo once it has ended?
Yes, once your contest has ended please feel free to ask for different backgrounds or small changes from your winning designer. Once you are completely satisfied you can approve the files by clicking a button and the prize money will be released to the winning designer.
If your contest is in judging mode and you need variation from designers please Contact Us and we will open your contest back up.
How do I pay for my Contest?
When you create a contest we will ask you for payment information. A 10% administration fee is automatically added to your bill. You may pay using PayPal or any major credit card. You never have to worry about paying your winning Designer, because we handle that for you. If you don’t receive at least 40 entries to your project, you get a full refund - no questions asked.
Can I change the details of my contest at a later date?
To edit your contest please Contact Us and we will make the changes for you. You can always add additional information to your contest in your account under "My Contests" Once a contest has ended you can no longer make changes to it.
How do I choose the right prize money?
What do you think you can afford? What kinds of prizes are other contest holders offering? Answer these questions and you will have a good idea of what will constitute a good prize for your contest.
Can I make my contest private?
Yes. We charge a $50 fee to make your contest private. Only our registered designers can see your contest. Search engines and the general public will not be able to see any of your contest information. Your design WILL NOT show up in our portfolio if you choose to make it private.
