What we do
Via San Juan will be a new shopping mall located in an upcoming area of mexico city. The commercial project will include a Toyota Dealership, supermarket, cinemas and 10-15 small tenants.

The target audience
Age: 18-50

Male and Female

Location: Mexico City

Average Annual Income Per Family: 15-20K (for Mexico this is middle, middle upper class). This area has plenty of commerce and flourishing business.

Education: Middle School, High school and some college graduates.

Lifestyles: This is a residential Area; most people live in 4 to 8 floor buildings and often travel to work for at least one hour. This is an extremely populated area of Mexico City and there are not many public spaces such as parks.

Interests: They want to spend time with their families somewhere close to their homes. They look for entertainment and primary services.

We like these fonts, colors and style
