What we do
Status of the Internethome and its position on the market:

[Login to view URL] Internethome is the fastest growing telecommunication company on the market with focus at small cities and villages. Leader in Wi-Fi connection in Czech and very fast growing in fiber connection as well. Core business is acquisition of small Wi-Fi providers and care about the growing Internethome customer base. Some customers feel Internethome has damaged their local love brand owned “by the guy from neighborhood”, but Internethome brings them higher quality of service, better customer care, open and friendly commumication and still stays local, as the technicians and reps, who take care of the network still remains the same. Internethome want to be seen as local company with personal local customer´s attitude and big technological background.


Market overview – Internethome is operating on the market without the brand. At the moment customers do not see Internethome as the brand (no logo, no unified communication), in some areas customers knows the local brand names of the acquisition companies, which lead the local internet business and are strong. Mostly no perceive of existence Internethome. We want to build Internethome brand.


Competitors – TELCO market is very competitive and highly established and developed. Main competitors big TELCO companies O2 [Login to view URL] , T-Mobile [Login to view URL] , Vodafone [Login to view URL] , UPC [Login to view URL] and a lot of the strong local internet providers.


Features – At the moment Internethome is operating mainly with services of internet connection (LAN/fibre, Wi-Fi) and voice services (VOIP).


Different way of communication – Internethome is „local“ we build on the local attitude, simple and understandable product range and scope of offered services with perfect technological background.

The target audience
Target group – usual Internehome customers:
Working people from little cities and villages, low and middle education, usually with low monthly income CZK 10.000+. They are decision makers at homes – man (woman and their children), 30 years old and older.


If they come at home, they want to have entertainment, take relax, enjoy, they switch on TV, internet, looking for fun and joy.


They are not specialized in TELCO products, they are mostly classic users, use it for fun (work). But sometimes (mostly the children) want to feel as they are „in“. They are focused on the local attitude the most; second driver is the price and service.

We like these fonts, colors and style
We prefer usage of the green color (unique positioning on TELCO market – no competitors), at the moment we use RGB: 23,194,10. We prefer, not require.



Brand Internethome:

Brand identity: Delightfully smart, local, product and customer oriented, high quality and flexible, very open in communication. We have simple service portfolio where could choose any customer.

Brand attributes: High quality, stable, accessibility, diversity, reasonable – acceptable price.

Brand personality: We are young and playful, full of passion. We doing it, because we enjoy it. And we want to involve the customers in our passion.

Brand benefits: Local attitude, flexibility, quality.

Core values: reliability, quality, other attitude.


Activity tactics – what we want to say:

Basic info – We need to build the brand with the unique positioning on the telecommunication market. It have to be easy remarkable and recognizable, positive, young, passion, joyful, customers oriented, attractive. Should burn feelings in customers according the brand attributes, attract and keep their attention.

Key message – We are young and playful, we doing it, because we enjoy it, we provide local service. Remarkable and unforgettable for customers.

Key insight – Target audience should reflect Internethome on the first view as interesting, attractive, pleasant, easy recognizable and unforgettable brand. Burn in them curiousness and keep their attraction. We bring internet to your homes.

Mandatories – We require unique positioning. Internethome is not as the big TELCO providers. Don´t forget we build brand with unique customer’s attitude with long time strategy and expansion on the Czech market. Local human attitude with high technology background.

Expected results:

We are expecting: clear, delightfully smart proposal which brings attention of target group and new customers, keep their interest with the hot focus easy as unforgettable and premium local friendly brand with unique positioning on the telco market.

Proposed logo visuals have to burn feelings in customers according the brand attributes, attract and keep the customers attention.

The logo have to be easy understand for customers, easy remarkable and recognizable, positive, young, passion, joyful, customers attractive with the unique positioning opposite other telecommunication companies.

As the majority of the logo presences will be online, we prefer the logo to be used on white background.

There have to be black&white variant of the logo as well, to be used e.g. for branding of modems.

The logo should be self-explaining – it should contain the name of brand, if not, there should be both short and long variant of logo, one containing name and one without.

Dear designers, thank you for all your proposals.
Please, keep in mind, that logo should be cool and at the first look should raise emotion like is: passion & joy & quality & human attitude. Please do not be inspired, by icons which we are using at the moment on our webpages :-) Use "house" icon less.

Try to give us more cool, clear, fun and juicy visuals, which burns passion in customers for the first look. We are open minded, please, be more various. Do not withdraw your proposals, even it could seems to be crazy, we can really like it. Thank you :-)

Evaluation:
If we like the logo, we mark "elements we like".
If logo is good, we mark "not ranked".
If you propose similar logos, some we mark as "Please try again" and let go only the best ones as "not ranked" or "elements we like".
When is on the proposed logo anything (color, font style, type of icon, icon style, only text, only icon), what we really do not like - than is mark "Please try again".
