| Our Target Audience: |
| The primary target audience for our corporate logo is our business clients, who are health insurance plans (self-insured employers and health plans). Our consumer users will also have some visibility to our corporate logo. |

| We Like These Designs. (fonts, colors, style): |
We would like the corporate logo to look professional and gender-neutral, while still conveying that we are a small, innovative company. If a flower icon is incorporated, it should not be overly feminine. We are open to color options as long as the colors look professional and appropriate for a business-to-business logo. |

1. Please do not criticize the contest holder or designer's entries.
2. Please do not ask clients to look at your logo designs or talk about other designs.
3. Designers are not allowed to post external links to your logo designs.
4. Please always be polite and respectful to contest holders and designers.
5. Please do not discuss copied designs on the contest pages. Contact the admin and we will start a "Logo Dispute". 
The "Logo Dispute Center" will allow the designers to vote if a design has been copied. When a "Logo Dispute" has been started you will see a red button at the top of the contest page that says "Logo Dispute Center" click that button and give your vote. You must be logged in as a designer to vote. |

| Some overall comments and guidance: 1) we want to avoid having the company name in lower case and we don't want "Wildflower" and "Health" to run together. 2) we want to avoid fading / gradation of color in the company name. 3) We like entries like where the company name is very readable like entry #121. 4) colors we especially like include the dark blue in #54, the smoky blue in #99, both colors in #117 and the orange in Health in #63. 5) we'd like to avoid a vertical line between the icon and the company name. Hope that helps! |

| I appreciate that many of you have tried to put the tag line in the logo, but it's not necessary and may give you more flexibility if you want to leave it out. |

| Overall comments -- I like the fact that the company name is in color in Entries #2, #14 and #16. I am gravitating towards logos that are more horizontal (like entries #8 and #13) v.s. entries that are more vertical. I really like the color combinations in entries #19 and #13. |
