Private and Commercial Pilots who require a certain amount of hours to meet FAA requirements. Most are highly intelligent, driven, and disciplined. Military in many ways, but still fun and casual around the edges.

Ready Room is a US Navy briefing area on aircraft carriers.
Possible shapes are a flight yoke, instrument six pack, attitude indicator and instrument panel. Runways are good. If you do an airplane make sure it's a high wing cessna 172. Not sold on aircraft shapes, but want to see what you come up with in that area.
