What we do
Yoga and Transcendental Meditation. I want to help the young girl that lacks self-esteem, the veteran that is suffering with PTSD, the person is living with anxiety, recovering addicts and the individual that just wants to better themselves physically. I'll be doing this through tailored breathing, body movement and focusing techniques, i.e. yoga. Balancing the mind and body will help everyone in the class with health and fitness, flexibility, balance, self-confidence, relaxation, and fun!

The target audience
Ages anywhere from 15-65, (anyone wanting to better themselves physically and spiritually). Low to medium income, men and women. Any education. Openness to different experiences. Respect for themselves. Love of nature. Desire to seek wholeness and balance.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I love the tree of life and the international symbol of chaos. I thought it would neat to combine those two symbols to help signify that with life comes chaos and we need to find a balance. I'm open to other suggestions, but that is what I had thought of.
