We have spent many years helping owner-managers, directors and team leaders learn how to fully engage their people to deliver outstanding performance and fully engage with their people. We draw on this vast experience to create unique and fun events and experiences for them and their people to understand and appreciate what it takes to achieve peak performance. To achieve our clients ultimate goals we have to be flexible in our approach and deliver bespoke training sessions, workshops and talks on numerous subjects such as communication techniques and work-life balance. Whether it’s cultural change, employee engagement, leadership development, strategic vision and values or business excellence, we “lead and deliver positive change.”

The target audience
We have worked with a diverse mix of sectors from banks, local councils and the legal profession to international sports teams and multinational businesses all to help them maximise their potential. Currently we are working with a singer/songwriter to increase his stage presence and media skills and also with several professional golfers and rugby players to improve their sporting performance. Going forward we will continue to work with individuals, teams, and organisations of all ages, sizes and experiences.

We like these fonts, colors and style
We have no pre-conceived ideas about the logo or even if the logo is centered on Simon Grayson or Winning Within. Obviously the logo will need to attract a diverse audience of all backgrounds.

From the feedback we've received so far the logo should be created around 'Winning Within', and the main company name should be Winning Within, using 'Simon Grayson' as the tag line or possibly not not on it at all.
Can the logo embody: personal growth, change, surpass goals/aims/ambitions.
