The target audience
Senior citizens looking for a clean, comfortable, well-managed retirement community, as well as adult children of senior citizens who may be assisting them with their housing search and decision. Also medical professionals (hospital discharge planners, social workers, doctors, nurses) who may be assisting in the search for senior housing for their patients and making recommendations for them.

• Target age 55-75
• Education level will be college-educated
• Those looking for a sense of community
A great majority of our customers (adult children) are entrusting us with the care of their loved ones (parents).
We like these fonts, colors and style
Clean, readable, warm, friendly and welcoming. Trustworthiness (having been in operation for over 50 years). A design element that may be included would be mountains, since the community does view the Rocky Mountains (and since Mountain Vista is the name)-- although the logo does NOT require mountains to be in it. Purple is the current primary color we use, but we are open to new ideas (including full-color).
