The target audience
This age of environmentally minded logos is out of control. I would like a more simple and tough approach to catch the eyes of customers that know the best work is done by mechanics with experience with honest prices. The logo should be modern to give the younger crowd something to catch their eye, but not scare the babyboomers away(my biggest customer base).

I could picture my logo having diamond plating in the lettering....
Not sure what to say about their being a vehicle involved but that would be up to the designer
I dont want the logo to involve some overbuilt all terrain vehicle
Colors..... I like blue, red, grey and white.... Green is my fav but not sure how to incorporate it... Font would have bold lettering that had style and toughness. "T&M" is a family business and the most important part of the logo.
